ScrapVeyor II™ Conveyors
Provides automatic handling of your metal scrap. This universal scrap handling conveyor both conveys and elevates all types of wet or dry metal scrap away from stamping or machining operations.
• For installation either above or below floor
• Simple, single heavy-duty chain design moves cast flights along an abrasion resistant trough
• Available with either flat or v-shaped trough.
• Distances of 400 feet are possible.
• Optional automatic distribution chute system directs your scrap into containers for disposal.
• Has a unique self-cleaning design that provides a positive discharge, eliminating the problem of scrap carry-over and the headache of constant pit clean-up.
• Uses less than ¼ the number of moving parts of a typical hinged belt conveyor for reduced maintenance.
• Extended height elevation and pivoting conveyors (to be inserted into your press) are also available.
