Application: New Addition to Existing Plant

In 1999, this Indiana metal stamper planned ahead to maximize the production potential of a new 14,000 ft2 building addition by adding an in-ground (under press) scrap removal system at the onset of their project. With the advise of knowledgeable PRAB consultants, they were able to install a custom engineered system which would fully meet their current and future needs.

Designed to Handle: A wide range of stamping scrap sizes and convey them to a central loadout area.

Proven Benefits:
•  A very clean and productive pressroom

•  Accommodated a wide selection of scrap sizes
•  No carryover of material in the process forward
